HaawmBangkok FoodNovember 2023
First things first, this is not a restaurant. It’s hard to get a seat. What they serve is what you get. No alternatives. No dietary restrictions embraced. Its BYOB. And you'll arrive feeling like you're in the wrong place…

Aside from all that and luckily for you, Dylan (Thai-American self-taught chef Dylan Eitharong) himself greets you at the door, making you feel at home.

The name ‘Haawm’ means “smells good” in Thai (sounds a bit like home too) and captures the cozy, homely vibe perfectly. We shared our evening with 6 strangers, the food served family style, all part of the supper club fun.

Our menu kicked off with green mango and sweet fish citrus and never looked back. I think there were 7 courses but we were too busy concentrating on the flavourful experience not the math.

While you shouldn't expect a typical restaurant, you should expect a culinary masterpiece.
