Aside from all that and luckily for you, Dylan (Thai-American self-taught chef Dylan Eitharong) himself greets you at the door, making you feel at home.
The name ‘Haawm’ means “smells good” in Thai (sounds a bit like home too) and captures the cozy, homely vibe perfectly. We shared our evening with 6 strangers, the food served family style, all part of the supper club fun.
Our menu kicked off with green mango and sweet fish citrus and never looked back. I think there were 7 courses but we were too busy concentrating on the flavourful experience not the math.
While you shouldn't expect a typical restaurant, you should expect a culinary masterpiece.
